Settings: subscription

🎯 Overview

Section titled “🎯 Overview”

The Subscription page allows users to manage their account plan and billing. From here, users can subscribe, update their subscription, cancel their subscription, or delete their account (via cancel request if subscribed). It also provides options for applying coupons and viewing pricing details.

📑 Subscription Management

Section titled “📑 Subscription Management”
  • Subscribe — start a new subscription.
  • Update Subscription — upgrade or downgrade the number of dashboards.
  • Cancel Subscription — stop the subscription; account remains until cancellation is processed.
  • Delete Account — available via cancel request if subscribed.

📑 Pricing Details

Section titled “📑 Pricing Details”
  • Price per Dashboard — the cost per dashboard decreases with each additional dashboard.
  • Bonus Dashboards — if given via coupon.
  • Monthly vs Annual — users can switch to an annual subscription to save 20%.
  • Current vs New Price — shows the current monthly price and the new price if changes are applied.
  • Downgrade Limit — users cannot downgrade below the number of active dashboards currently in use.
  • Upgrade Charges — if upgrading, the account is charged a prorated amount, and all pricing details are shown beforehand.

📑 Payment Management

Section titled “📑 Payment Management”
  • If subscribed, a link is available that redirects the user to FastSpring, the payment provider.
  • Payment details (PayPal or card) are managed directly in FastSpring.
  • Reportz does not store user payment information.

📑 Coupons

Section titled “📑 Coupons”
  • Apply Coupon — users can enter a coupon code to receive discounts or free dashboards etc.
  • Coupons may reduce the monthly price or add additional dashboards at no cost.

⚙️ Workflow

Section titled “⚙️ Workflow”
  1. Navigate to the Subscription page.
  2. Review current subscription details (dashboards in use, price per dashboard, bonus dashboards).
  3. Choose to Subscribe, Update, or Cancel subscription.
  4. If subscribed, you may also request Delete Account.
  5. Optionally switch to Annual Subscription for savings.
  6. Apply any Coupon Codes received to adjust pricing or add free dashboards.
  7. If subscribed, manage payment details via the FastSpring link.
  8. Confirm changes by clicking Subscribe or relevant action buttons.

⚠️ Key Notes

Section titled “⚠️ Key Notes”
  • Subscription is required to access dashboards and whitelabel features.
  • Price per dashboard decreases as more dashboards are added.
  • Coupons can provide discounts or free dashboards.
  • Canceling subscription requires a request; deletion is only possible if subscription is canceled.
  • Switching to annual billing provides a 20% discount.
  • Payment details are managed via FastSpring; Reportz does not store card or PayPal information.
  • Users cannot downgrade below the number of active dashboards.
  • Upgrades are charged on a prorated basis, with full details visible before confirmation.
