Settings: users
π― Overview
Section titled βπ― OverviewβThe Users settings page allows admins to manage access for additional users. From here, admins can invite new users, edit their role and/or password or delete them.
π Roles
Section titled βπ Rolesβ-
Admin
- Full access to all features and settings.
- Can invite and edit other users (and can delete their own account).
- Can manage sources, dashboards, groups, and widgets.
- Cannot delete the account owner (the user who first registered on Reportz).

User
- Limited access compared to admins.
- Restrictions:
- Cannot access Settings.
- Cannot archive, restore, or delete dashboards.
- Cannot delete Mission Control groups.
- Cannot edit or remove other connected sources (only their own).
- Allowed actions:
- Can create dashboards and Mission control groups.
- Can delete their own automatic reports.
- Can edit dashboard and group settings.
- Can add widgets and domains.
- Can edit their own profile (email, name, password).
π Invite User
Section titled βπ Invite UserβAdmins can invite new users to join their account:
- Enter the Email Address of the invitee.
- Select a Role (Admin or User).
- Click Invite to send the invitation.
Pending invitations are shown until the user accepts.
π User Management
Section titled βπ User Managementβ- Edit User β change role or update details.
- Remove User β delete a user from the account.
- Pending Status β invitations not yet accepted are marked as pending.

Section titled ββ οΈ Key Notesβ- Only admins can invite or manage other users.
- The account owner cannot be deleted by any admin.
- User roles define clear boundaries: admins manage everything, users focus on dashboards, groups, and their own profile.
- Proper role assignment ensures secure and organized collaboration.
